Well i spent a good deal of last night in casualty after stupidly snapping a ligament in my right ankle doing tae bo. What an arse. Hearing that snap i was sure that I'd gone and broken it and I was going to be stuck in a cast for weeks. But after a long long wait i was actually quite enthused when i discovered it was a ligament that had popped and i could be bandaged up. So happy not to have to have a cast on.
Thinking of Raven who has a lot less luck with the medical profession of late. |
